I was initially happy with the location, very close to transport links. the room was a letdown. The walls had some pretty noticeable marks and scuffs all over them. The bed wasn't very comfortable either. I woke up with a stiff back each morning. A bit more attention to detail would make a big difference.

The room was modern and clean. The central station, metro, and bus stations are only minutes away on foot. I found the supermarket located right next door to be a definite plus (very convenient!).
The room air conditioning was not very effective. The music in the public areas was too loud, giving me a headache. I think the price was excessive for a hostel.

The hotel's proximity to the main train station made arrival and departure very easy. My room included individual power outlets and reading lights. I found a supermarket nearby to be convenient. It helped save on dining costs. The staff were accessible and readily available. They addressed every query quickly.
The locker rental requires an additional fee, but I managed without it.

Charmed by my stay

The hotel is near the Castro Pretorio metro station, a short walk. Staff members were efficient at the reception desk. The interior looked well-kept. The room and bathroom were very clean!
The room lacked sufficient storage space, particularly for longer stays. I found no designated space to securely store belongings. Lockers were available but required payment and were located outside the room.

I liked the location real good. It's close to the metro, and a mini-market is right next door. This is convenient. The hotel is modern, and the room we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped. The staffs are also friendly.
Frankly, the staffs werent helpful at all. I didnt like that they charged extra for luggage storage. I has never experienced this at any hostel I has stayed in before. I don't want choose this place next time I visit.
